1) ADORABLE.

2) True story.

3) Winnar and cham-peen: Stephen Heintz!

4) I have decided that employment is for chumps. Are any of you guys involved with one of those get-rich-quick schemes I hear so many positive things about? Because I can get into that. Panning for gold or something. In the gutters downtown. Heart full of hope and a pocket full of jerky---whistlin' "New York Girls" atween horks of phlegm---eatin' grits and pannin' outta the same tin---shavin' in the rain with a rusty pocket knife. Yeah.

I've panned for gold.

For serious.

It's cold work. Colder than a woman's heart.

Wow flashback, me too when I was little, in a very controlled setting, in Arizona. There were *teeny tiny specks* of gold in there, and I picked 'em out thinking "I'm so stinking rich."

See, this is where my "panning in the gutters of a street" plan is marvelous: I would be nearby, like, a warm McDonalds at all times to go get warm in. I HAVE THOUGHT IT THROUGH.

Wow... back yard dancing, me and my brother have just agreed on something for the first time in years; it should be law to practice that... daily.

Don't forget to treat your parents to the lifestyle to which they would like to become accustomed to. That should be #1 on your list. Right after buying a pony.

I am deeply disturbed that "Maude" is wearing the ring that GranPeggy left me. This has to be an apocalyptic portent of some type. I always knew that thing was damn ugly - the feather boa just heightens the impression. Now I feel old.

I just have to say that I am so TAKEN with OK GO. I have watched the backyard dancing about a hundred times and drew pictures from freeze frames until the wee hours of the morning.

I am a puddle of fascination!
