Stumptown Comics Fest is this weekend! Once again, Brenna Zedan and I will be sharing a table (#55), and once again, I will be writing limericks! I got these snazzy embossed cards, and vellum envelopes, and little seals. It will be the classiest crappy limerick you've ever gotten.

Last year I paid people a dollar to draw me Ron Weasley. This year I will be paying people a dollar to draw me a wookiee.

Here is what Brenna and I look like, only imagine new, exotic haircuts:



I'm dyin' to pick up the new Bill Mauldin collection from Fantagraphics! I mean, I should get indy stuff, and I will, but oh gosh oh jee oh golly.

In other news, tonight all my TV planets align: Lost, 30 Rock, and The Office, all in a continuous two-hour span. God bless America.

My God! I only have one stand this year, for the prints. The comics are getting propped up from beneath. Simplifying here.

Are you doing the early set-up on Friday? I am. If you aren't, tell me how much space to leave you. I sort of ended up with a lot of stuff. I am hoping the tables are as ginormous as I remember.

I wasn't planning on making it out tonight as I have so little to set up.

My stand has a round, 4" diameter base from which rise a arm, then a little glass frame for a sign. I think it's actually for menus. I got it from work.

Other than that, I just need a small space for my Wookiee Book, which is like 5 by 7 or something like that.

Also: Do you have my badge? I don't know if it came in the mail and I need to look for it or what.

Awesome, I'll leave you space enough. Menus, by the way, should be in limmerick form. At least one, somewhere.

We pick up badges there, during check-in, if you're coming in Saturday morning, then you can pick it up then.
